The only daughter of late singer Whitney Houston, Bobbi Kristina Brown, passed away on Sunday at the age of 22,she was surrounded by her family at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia.

When she died, a family confirmed, nearly five months after she has been unresponsive in hospitals and hospice care since she was brought to the hospital.
Last January 31, Bobbi Kristina Brown was found by a friend Max Lemos and her boyfriend Nick Gordon in a bathtub in her home at Roswell, Georgia, her family said she suffered irreversible brain damage. According to Houston’s “She is finally at peace in the arms of God, we want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months.”

But late last month, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s conservators filed a complaint against Nick accusing him of causing his girlfriend physical abuse and having improperly withdrawn $11,000 from her bank account after she was in a coma.

Complaints accuse Nick of ‘misrepresenting’ himself as Bobbi’s husband in order to control her and steal money from her. Gordon was also under suspicion of various counts of domestic violence like punching Bobbi’s face, knocking out her front tooth and dragging her upstairs by her hair.

Whitney Houston brought Nick Gordon into her care as an orphan at the age of 12, raising him with her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown after divorcing in 2007, but she never adopted him or included him in her will.

Police have said that they investigated the case as a medical emergency and that no foul play is suspected. No criminal charges have ever been brought. Image/ AP/ Billboard
